The Duke was built in 1989 with 600 sq. ft. of living, with two bedrooms, one bath, an indoor tub and 600 sq. ft. of unfurnished basement.
This cozy log cabin comes completely furnished with a wood burning fireplace, gas grill and rocking chairs on the covered porch with a beatiful mountain view.
Comes with recently new carpet and red metal roof, setting on 1.15 acres. Shares a well 420 ft. deep with the "Brian's Dream" cabin.

This cabin is the same as "The Duke", except no basement and 1.32 Ac. Shares a well with the Lodge, which is 890 ft. deep.
