Broker / Agent Participation Requirement & Registration
The undersigned Agent and the Bidder hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Agent must register the Bidder by email with Alley Auction no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the auction. The agent must receive back from Alley Auction confirmation that the Agent and the Bidder have been recognized. Email: [email protected]
Please call us to confirm that we have received your email. IT IS THE AGENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THAT WE DID SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVE YOUR BIDDER REGISTRATION.
2. Agents must attend the auction with their bidders. Agents must sign in at the auction.
3. Agent’s commission will be as listed in the MLS of the pertaining auction and will be paid at closing to the agent’s firm.
4. The agent must complete the form below and obtain the Bidder’s signature acknowledging participation.
5. Agents may also register themselves as a Buyer and still collect the broker participation. If you have any questions please contact David Alley 865-389-7361.
