   Alley Auction Co., owned and operated by David Alley of Knoxville, is announcing an outstanding spring and summer schedule with local and national real estate firms. "We have made an effort to create strategic alliances with firms, to both educate and enjoin the process of conducting

successful real estate auctions," Alley said. Alley will conduct sales for Realty Executives; Gables and Gates, Estate and The Auction Co. from Greenville, S.C. Alley's firm and The Auction Co. sold The Candy Factory Lofts in 2006. That auction produced sales of more than $12 million of pre-construction condominiums in downtown Knoxville.

   Alley's sales will begin May 30 with The Jim Nations Farm, June 6 Wyndsong Subdivision, and June 13 Bay View Estates at Tellico Lake.
